The Brass Anchor is your scuba gear outlet in central Maryland. We have been in Frederick, Maryland since 1986. We are PADI 5 Star, certified clean air, and our seven instructors offer training from Open Water to Assistant Instructor, Equipment, Oxygen Provider, EAN Nitrox. If you are interested in scuba diving but have never tried it, we offer a Discover Scuba experience monthly.
We have an active club, Ocean Rovers Scuba Club, which holds local dive events. Meetings and presentations are held the third Wednesday of each month at the store at 7:00 PM.
